Qualifications

• Current or pending PT license.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, implements, evaluates, and directs physical therapy services.
• Meets with administration and nursing staff in planning therapy services.
• Maintains treatment records and assessments.
• Assesses patients’ needs and initiates interventions.
• Documents patient care as required.
