Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in California.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate).
• Successful NPTE completion is required.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments per physician orders and CA standards.
• Develop and modify individualized plans of care with measurable goals.
• Deliver skilled interventions, solo or group, to restore function and reduce impairment.
• Supervise PTAs and support staff per California state law.
• Document accurately and timely in line with regulations and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team and participate in care conferences.
