Job summary

Country Crest Post Acute in Oroville, CA is hiring a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join a high-performing rehabilitation team in a compassionate Skilled Nursing setting. You will implement therapy plans targeting ADLs, IADLs, upper extremity function, and cognitive retraining under the supervision of an OT.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on/relocation bonus, generous benefits, paid time off, and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted California COTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ongoing CE requirements with CA OT Board.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Implementing OT treatment plans and delivering skilled interventions.
• Monitoring progress and reporting concerns to supervising OT.
• Documenting sessions timely and in compliance with standards.
• Instructing patients and caregivers in home programs and safety.
• Assisting with transfers and use of adaptive equipment.
• Supporting discharge planning and continuity of care.
