Job summary

Partnership Health in Hamilton, NJ is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a part-time position. Schedule: Mon/Wed 12pm to 6 pm, Friday 10-4 (these hours can be flexible) for a total of 18 hrs per week.

You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and educate patients and families on at-home exercises while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Knowledge of physiology and acute care practices.
• Strong communication skills and empathy for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' conditions to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
• Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to assist patients in regaining movement and strength.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques for continued improvement.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
