Partnership Health seeks an experienced Physical Therapist for a part-time role in Hamilton, NJ. Schedule: Mon/Wed 12pm–6pm, Fri 10am–4pm, totaling 18 hours weekly. You will guide patients through movement and pain management after injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, creating treatment plans, hands-on therapy, patient education, and coordinating with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualificações

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Partnership Health an outpatient Family Practice in Hamilton, NJ is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a part time position. Schedule: Mon/Wed 12pm to 6 pm, Friday 10-4 (these hours can be flexible) for a total of 18 hrs per week

As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following an injury or illness.

Duties

• Evaluate and assess patients' conditions to determine their physical therapy needs
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities
• Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to assist patients in regaining movement and strength
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques for continued improvement
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist
