Job summary

MOTION Weymouth is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative team delivering one-on-one, patient-centered care. The role supports flexible schedules (20–29 hours/week) and provides opportunities for growth within the Confluent Health family.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide one-on-one patient care with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting patient goals and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
