Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for part-time and PRN opportunities in Holyoke, MA. You will deliver high-quality therapy, screen and evaluate patients, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with facilities and clients.

Responsibilities include supervising PTAs and rehab techs, discharge planning, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. APTA accreditation and active state license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self‑study, and continuing education
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed
