Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from accredited PT school or equivalent.
• Current license to practice physical therapy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Successful completion of National Physical Therapy Board Examination.
• Acute care experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers therapy evaluations and develops treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Analyzes data, assesses functional ability, and collaborates with physicians on therapy options.
• Provides individualized treatment plans including exercises, ROM, and manual therapy.
• Educates patients and families, participates in discharge planning, and documents care.
• Maintains department statistics, inventory, and supports quality initiatives.
• Delegates caseload to therapists and oversees quality of care.
• Participates in department QA activities and student supervision.
• Complies with Practice Standards and departmental policies.
