Berkshire Meadows is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist/Consultant to provide direct PT services within a residential, special education, and day habilitation setting for children and adults with complex disabilities. The role involves evaluations, IEP development, and ongoing assessments alongside an interdisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold BS/MSPT/DPT and MA PT license, be 21+, have a valid driver's license, and be prepared for background checks.

Qualificações

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Education: BS, MSPT, DPT.
• License/Certification: MA PT license.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Maintains valid driver’s license.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee direct PT services and consultations for a population with complex disabilities.
• Perform evaluations and formulate individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Initial and ongoing assessments.
• Timely and accurate documentation.
• Work cooperatively with an interdisciplinary team.
