Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Pittsfield team. This permanent, full-time role provides long-term career growth, meaningful patient relationships, and the chance to make a measurable impact through rehabilitation care in the Berkshires.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, strength and independence, perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans, and educate patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, exercises, mobility, and safety
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Promote patient safety and functional independence throughout the rehabilitation process
