Aurora Lakeland Medical Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for part-time rehabilitation within the Acute Care Rehabilitation department. The role focuses on evaluating and treating musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary conditions, with emphasis on discharge planning and family education.

Required: Doctorate in Physical Therapy, valid state license, and BLS certification. No prior experience required; weekend shifts and holiday planning may be required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Maintains continuing education requirements as mandated by state standards.
• Licensed Physical Therapist required (state licensure).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification required.

Responsabilités

• Interprets referrals and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Establishes and implements individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Documents care, progress, and discharge plans per policy and accreditation standards.
• Participates in weekend shifts and department holiday planning as needed.
