Solterra Academy in Connecticut is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide individualized therapy to students ages 5–22 in a supportive school setting.
You will collaborate with clinicians, teachers, and support staff to implement IEP goals, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. A CT PT license, Bachelor’s in PT, CPR within 90 days, and Crisis Intervention training are required.
Solterra Academy provides comprehensive special education for students aged 5 to 22 requiring intensive intervention due to severe emotional, behavioral, cognitive, developmental, and/or learning challenges. Part-Time, Physical Therapist (30 hours/week, flexible hours M-F between 8:00am-2:30pm)
