Job summary

OrthoAtlanta in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our physician-owned orthopedic team. You will evaluate patients, design rehabilitation plans, and deliver hands-on care to restore function while coordinating with physicians.

This role features a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, generous salary, full benefits, and CEU support ($2,000 plus extra PTO).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or similar.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Georgia PT license.
• CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level).
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Solid understanding of PT principles and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized treatment plans to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent disability.
• Deliver hands-on care and monitor patient progress from evaluation to recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinical team members to support patient goals.
• Play a key role in enhancing our clinic's services and helping us meet patient needs more effectively.
