Job summary

OrthoAtlanta is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high‑quality, hands‑on care in Covington, GA. You will create personalized treatment plans to reduce pain and restore mobility, working closely with physicians and a clinical team to achieve patient goals.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, full benefits, CEU support, and stable PTO in a collaborative, values‑driven practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Georgia PT license
• CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level)
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD‑10 coding
• Solid understanding of PT principles and practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create personalized treatment plans to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent disability.
• Deliver hands‑on care and monitor patient progress from evaluation to recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinical team members to support patient goals.
• Play a key role in enhancing our clinic’s services and helping us meet patient needs more effectively.
