Job summary

Synergy Care is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join The Traditions – Prestonwood, a beautiful Independent Living Community with an Outpatient Clinic in Dallas. You will assess residents, develop therapy plans, and provide quality PT services.

Part-time schedule with flexible options, offering PTO and a path for CEUs through Relias to grow your career. Eligible for Texas PT license required, and opportunities to build relationships in a patient-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, or upcoming graduate within 6 months.
• Eligible for or holding a valid Physical Therapist license.
