Millwood Hospital's Midtown Center Ft. Worth seeks an IOP Program Therapist to support adults in outpatient services.

This part-time role includes evenings (6 p.m.–9 p.m.) with on-site responsibilities, remote coordination where applicable, and active clinical engagement with biopsychosocial needs. The position emphasizes treatment planning, family involvement, and discharge planning under supervision of the Director - Outpatient Services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or a clinical mental health field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a psychiatric health care facility.
• State license as LMSW, LCSW, LPC Intern, LPC, LMFT-A or LMFT.
• CPR Certification and CPI training required prior to direct patient care.
• May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

Responsibilities

Who We Are:

The IOP Therapist at Midtown Center Ft. Worth is an active member of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, interaction and role-modeling to patients. This is a generic position (working with adults). Other duties include organizing patient activities, filing, charting, calculating point sheets and levels, and completing schedules. All program therapist work under the direction of the Director - Outpatient Services. This is a remote position.

The Midtown Center Ft. Worth is an outpatient clinic serving Adults ages 18 and older. We are a specialized treatment center meeting the emotional and behavioral needs of Adults. We offer Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs in a safe and supportive environment for adults whose emotional and behavioral problems are interfering with their ability to function effectively at home and in the community. Our team of dedicated professionals are experienced in working with adults and families. An affiliate of Millwood Hospital, the Midtown Center, Ft. Worth offers a less restrictive treatment environment than an inpatient facility. This is a remote position.

IOP Program Therapist

The IOP Program Therapist performs behavioral health care clinical functions to include assisting patients in meeting their biopsychosocial needs with ongoing assessment, treatment planning, and behavioral management, enhancement of coping skills, family therapy and discharge planning.

Position Title: Outpatient Program Therapist (Part-time) - Midtown Center Ft. Worth

Position Status: Part-Time Regular Schedule (Evenings)

Salary: Very competitive

Work Schedule: On-site Evenings IOP (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. (regular scheduled days depending on candidate)

Must be available to attend the Full hospital and departmental orientations: Week 1: Monday -Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.

Requirements:

• Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
• Experience: Program Therapist requires a minimum of one year of experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills.
• License: Must possess a state license as an LMSW, LCSW, LPC Intern, LPC, LMFT-A or LMFT. Staff are encouraged to pursue LCSW licensure.
• Additional Requirements: CPR Certification and CPI training in accordance with New Hire policy must be completed prior to providing direct patient care services. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
