Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in York, PA is seeking a Phlebotomist II Part-Time to support early morning shifts Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with rotational weekends. The role offers a pay range starting at $22.35 per hour, with eligibility for annual bonus and comprehensive benefits for part-time staff.

Candidates should have three years phlebotomy experience, data entry skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard and data entry experience required.
• Flexible and available weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, and transport prep.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stock, cleaning, phones, emails.
• Read and comply with departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs, maintenance logs, and temperature logs.
• Complete online and in-person training courses timely.
