Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a part-time role, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM with rotational weekends. Collect specimens, handle billing, and operate lab systems.

Requires three years phlebotomy experience, data entry skills, and a high school diploma; phlebotomy certification preferred. Part-time benefits include paid vacation, holidays, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends/holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab tech systems.
• Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information; collect payments when required.
• Process specimens for labeling, centrifuging, and transport; maintain logs.
