Pay starts at $20.00 per hour with potential bonuses; benefits apply based on part-time status. Candidates must have phlebotomy experience, data-entry skills, and reliable transportation, with English communication required.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience across pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard and data-entry experience.
• Flexible and available for weekends/holidays/on-call/overtime.
• Reliable transportation, valid license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric exams.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and accurately enter data.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and transport prep.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stock, cleaning, phones, and emails.
• Follow departmental policies and maintain logs and statistics.
• Complete training courses on time.
