Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomist to support plasma center operations in Saint Ann, MO. You will answer phones, greet donors, and ensure safety while recording vital signs and donor information.

Responsibilities include donor screening, charting, coordination of compensation, and contributing to process improvements. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required. A high school diploma is the minimum qualification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand during shifts.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays are required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform phlebotomy tasks.
• Prior customer or patient-facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify process improvements and follow procedures.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
