Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to join our team in Oklahoma City. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, and operate plasmapheresis equipment while ensuring donor safety and comfort.

You will record donor data, monitor vital signs, and assist with center operations. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with glove use due to bloodborne pathogen exposure and a focus on reliable, compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter/exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors and manage donor reactions.
• Setup, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the DIS system.
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and manage compensation via Debit Card system.
• Support center management in identifying operational improvements.
