Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Longview, TX is hiring a part-time Phlebotomist to join our dedicated team. Most shifts are 4 to 6 hours, 3+ days per week, with evenings required to fit busy schedules. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor donors, and operate plasmapheresis equipment under training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift.
• Evening availability required.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture of donors and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during the donation process and manage donor reactions.
• Perform all tasks required for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within scope of training.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on the plasmapheresis machines
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
