Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Washington (Lacey) is looking for a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with paid training and a comprehensive benefits program.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and support donor safety and center operations. Responsibilities include donor screening, vital signs, documentation, and donor compensation using the Donor Information System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in customer or patient-facing role helpful.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for center process improvements.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
