Labcorp is seeking a Part Time Phlebotomist in Richland. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 am–1:00 pm, with extra hours and rotating Saturdays as needed. This role requires venipuncture and capillary blood collection across age groups and specimen handling for various tests.
The successful candidate will have a WA phlebotomy license (or be eligible) and prefer 3+ months of phlebotomy experience, with Spanish and English bilingual abilities considered a plus. Travel to additional sites may be required.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm; additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed.
Pay Range: $18.25 – $27.69 per hour.
PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are eligible to participate only in the 401(k) Plan.
Employees on a 7‑on/7‑off schedule are eligible for all benefits except PTO or FTO.
