Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to handle confidential information.
• High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy technician licensure as required.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support health and wellness initiatives and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist pharmacist with responsibilities excluding professional judgment.
• Maintain current registration/certification per state requirements.
• Provide stellar customer experience across reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing.
• Coach and train clerks and technicians; perform post‑fill audits.
• Support non-dispensing services and CLIA‑waived screenings as allowed.
• Ensure sanitation and safety regulations are followed; report any issues.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
