Job summary

CVS Health in California is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations, assist with immunizations, and ensure accurate prescription fulfillment. The Technician will engage with customers at pick-up and drive-thru, collaborate with Pharmacists, and participate in training and certification to meet state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice
• High school diploma or equivalent if no state minimum age
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment
• Assist with immunizations, point-of-care testing, and offsite clinics where allowed
• Ensure patient safety and privacy by following SOPs and regulations
• Maintain inventory and perform designated cycle counts and returns-to-stocks
• Provide empathetic, responsive customer service at pick-up, drive-through, and over the phone
• Be flexible with scheduling and willing to travel within the market as needed
