Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and care at the register and pickup areas
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Assist pharmacists in managing inventory and maintaining SOPs
• Communicate clearly with patients and team, and escalate issues as needed
• Remain flexible for scheduling, including nights and weekends
