Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice.
• If the state board does not mandate minimum age, candidate must be at least 16.
• State-level licensure and national certification as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to assist pharmacists and manage patient health workflows.
• Process prescriptions accurately with attention to safety and labeling.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and maintain a positive patient experience.
• Support inventory management, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks and stocking.
• Assist with immunizations and other services where trained and permitted.
