Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and excellent patient service across CVS stores in the Springfield, MA area.

As a Technician, you will perform duties aligned with state requirements, assist with immunizations when qualified, and help maintain inventory and SOP compliance while maintaining a compassionate, inclusive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice, including licensure/certification where applicable.
• Preferred 1–3 years experience in pharmacy, retail, medical or customer service setting.
• Part-time role with 25 hours per week; may involve evenings, weekends, and travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
• Deliver empathetic patient service and maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Complete inventory tasks and follow SOPs for each workflow station.
