Qualifications

• Licensure (WI) as Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Student; CPhT or ExCPT within two years of hire, or sooner if required by law.
• High School Graduate.
• No experience required.
• Good mathematics, attention to detail, clear communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop competence in dispensing and delivery of medications and in the department's information systems and automation.
• Prepare non-sterile products following USP/state/federal guidance.
• Enter medication orders in the computer system and process requests electronically.
• Handle calls from customers and clinicians; understand, resolve, or hand off as needed.
• Maintain pharmacy procedures and documentation per regulatory standards.
