Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming fax prescriptions for timely dispensing.
• Take calls from customers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain notes and proper cycle fill coding in the system.
• Ensure correct dosage and assist doctors' offices on refills.
