Genoa Healthcare in Findlay, OH is seeking a Part Time Pharmacy Technician to support the Genoa mental health pharmacy’s dispensing and clerical duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

Responsibilities include filling prescription orders, inventory management, processing wholesalers, and maintaining compliance with federal and state requirements, with a focus on exceptional customer service and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Ohio Pharmacy Technician license (including Registered, Certified, or Trainee)
• Access to reliable transportation with a valid US driver’s license
• Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and clinic staff
• Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under direct supervision of the Registered Pharmacist
• Order, receive and store incoming pharmacy supplies
• Receive and process wholesaler medication orders
• Verify medication stock and enter data to maintain inventory records
• Assist in pharmacy functions and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements
• Perform clerical duties related to the department
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Other duties as assigned
