Job summary

Texas NeuroRehab Center in Austin, TX is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in filling medication orders for patients of all ages. You will maintain the pharmacy area, handle inventory, and deliver medications to patient care units while assisting with records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Complete a facility-approved Pharmacy Technician Education Program.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
• One year of Pharmacy Technician or Medication Administration Technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in filling medication orders as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain the pharmacy work area and inventory.
• Deliver pharmaceuticals to patient care units.
• Assist with required record keeping.
