Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a pharmacist preceptor. You will complete a 120‑day training roadmap covering store, district, and regional operations, with emphasis on patient safety and SOP adherence.

As readiness grows, you’ll assist with immunizations, DUR, and pharmacy operations while delivering caring service that exceeds expectations. This is a great stepping stone to a Pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program before starting the program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, promptly and accurately.
• Learn SOPs, procedures, and maintain compliant practice within the store.
• Support patient safety initiatives and quality assurance activities.
• Counsel patients and provide compassionate service under supervision.
• Participate in immunization services and related patient interactions where allowed.
