Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning in real-world pharmacy operations within our retail locations. You will follow a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap under a preceptor, supporting the pharmacy team to fill prescriptions safely and promptly while focusing on patient care.

As you progress, you’ll gain exposure to immunizations, DUR, SOPs, and pharmacy workflows across the store, district, and regional levels.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and promptly
• Provide counseling and answer questions under supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Deliver additional patient health care services (immunizations, point-of-care testing) where allowed by law and training
