Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist the Pharmacy Manager and lead the pharmacy team during bench shifts.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
• Provide immunizations and patient counseling to support care goals.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
