Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Shift Supervisor for a BioTech client in Cambridge, MA. The role operates Saturdays and Sundays from 11 PM to 7 AM, with starting pay of $26.70 per hour, paid orientation and training. Candidates must be 21+ with at least 1 year security experience.

The Shift Supervisor will manage security duties, enforce site policies, and deter incidents while coordinating with a high-profile client’s facility and campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current and valid driver’s license may be required.
• Minimum of one year verifiable security experience.
• Two years of verifiable work experience with customer service and emergency response abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates on duties.
• Cross-train officers to increase versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost reductions to management.
• Contribute to security surveys and post orders recommendations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for the shift.
• Ensure training and screening requirements for personnel are met.
• Monitor overtime and keep it at a minimum.
• Ensure service quality and contract compliance through regular inspections.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
