Total Veterinary Care® in Kennesaw, GA, is seeking a PART-TIME client care specialist to support our veterinary hospital team. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

The position offers an hourly wage of $14.00–$15.50, paid sick time, holidays, wellness days, veterinary benefits, and a uniform allowance. Schedule is three days or fewer per week, Monday and Friday with rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales in a veterinary or medical office.
• Ability to schedule appointments and learn new software quickly.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and respectful team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and prospective clients.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Provide client education and information about services.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes; perform administrative duties.
