Total Veterinary Care® in Kennesaw, GA, is seeking a PART-TIME client care specialist to support our veterinary hospital team. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

The position offers an hourly wage of $14.00–$15.50, paid sick time, holidays, wellness days, veterinary benefits, and a uniform allowance. Schedule is three days or fewer per week, Monday and Friday with rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly wage between $14.00 – $15.50 per hour

Schedule

This is a part-time position (3 days and less than 29 hrs/week) with a work schedule of Monday and Friday and rotating Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing excellent customer service to all clients and potential clients
• Scheduling, rescheduling appointments
• Providing quality client education
• Answering phone calls, emails, faxes
• Administrative duties
