Job summary

Mud Bay Inc. seeks Store Staff Members in Seattle to deliver a happy, educational, and fun experience for customers and their pets. You will engage dog and cat owners, help them find solutions, and contribute to sales growth while maintaining a clean, organized store and handling POS transactions.

The part-time role (approx. 16 hours/week) requires a friendly, team-oriented attitude, with availability on Fri–Tue and shifts that may vary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and handle light computer tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible to a retail schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide a happy, educational, and fun experience for customers and their pets.
• Engage dog and cat owners, offer solutions, and promote pet health.
• Contribute to sales growth with holistic product recommendations.
• Process POS transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and shelves.
• Support inventory tasks and teamwork with colleagues.
• Adapt to variable shifts and potentially work at multiple locations.
