Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Experience in a medical facility desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets, ensuring comfort in the hospital and educate on preventive care.
• Document and enter pet history, requested services, and pertinent information in the practice management software.
• Direct the flow of clients and pets to ensure top-tier client care and productivity of the team.
• Answer basic questions from clients by phone and in person; triage to determine service needs and refer to staff as needed.
• Schedule client appointments and follow-up exams with veterinarians to ensure optimal scheduling.
• Assist with providing instructions, information, and invoices to outgoing clients.
