Greater Green Bay YMCA, Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving fitness and healthy living goals. You will deliver individual and group training, conduct classes and wellness presentations, and create tailored training plans while upholding YMCA safety and service standards.

Join a team focused on community health, mentorship, and ongoing professional development, including required certifications and training within defined timelines.

Formación

• NCCA-certified personal trainer required and maintain CECs/certifications.
• Minimum six months experience in personal training or wellness coaching preferred.
• Degree in Exercise Physiology or related field preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certifications required within 60 days of employment.
• Complete YMCA Training and Skills Assessment within 60 days; S&C certification within six months.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet timelines; maintain confidentiality.
• Understand exercise science and applying it to diverse Health Seekers.

Responsabilidades

• Build collaborative relationships with members and community partners to promote personal training and YMCA programs.
• Deliver individual or group training and consulting sessions at all locations.
• Conduct classes, demos, fitness analyses, or other presentations on-site or at worksites.
• Create individualized or group goal-based training plans.
• Maintain safety and program quality by following facility protocols and policies.
