Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking a reliable Personal Care Assistant to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities. You will also bring recipients into the community to help grow and strengthen personal goals outside the home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and paid training. The team values compassion, reliability and a dedicated approach to improving quality of life

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
