Job summary

BMO in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a part-time Retail Banking Sales & Service professional for 20 hours per week. You will deliver exceptional service, identify customer needs, and provide guidance on financial solutions while steering customers to digital and self-serve options and personal banking/investment advice.

As lobby leader, you’ll engage customers, complete transactions, and collaborate with branch partners to grow the relationship.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
