Job summary

BMO Harris Bank in Winslow, AZ is seeking a part-time Banking Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service and guide customers to financial solutions across channels. You will help customers with personal banking and credit card needs while supporting branch operations.

You’ll work with teammates to grow relationships, navigate digital options, and uphold compliance and ethics in daily activities.

Qualifications

Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience or certification.
Confident in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles.
Basic knowledge of sales and business banking solutions.
Passionate about helping customers and delivering personal experiences.
Driven to achieve results in a consultative, team-based environment.
Self-starter, adaptable and collaborative with strong initiative.

Responsibilities

Welcomes and guides customers in the branch lobby and explains banking channels.
Identify customer needs and refer to specialists when appropriate.
Converse about personal banking and credit card options to support relationships.
Execute transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with partners to grow customer relationships beyond personal banking.
Support operational activities and maintain compliance.
