The role involves identifying referral opportunities, handling transactions accurately, and staying compliant with banking regulations while providing a personal customer experience.

Qualifications

• Typically between 1 - 2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Some experience in consultative customer service or sales roles with a focus on personal customer experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and credit card needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to customers and guides them to digital and self-serve options.
• Identifies referral opportunities with BMO partners to grow customer relationships.
• As lobby leader, conducts client conversations about banking services and channels.
• Meets transaction-based needs with accurate and efficient execution.
• Reviews customer profiles to identify opportunities and address everyday banking plans.
• Supports branch operations including inventory management and document handling.
• Ensures compliance with risk and regulatory requirements and protects customer assets.
• Opens to working across multiple branches as market needs require.
