Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a part-time lobby leader at our Greenwood Village branch. You will deliver exceptional service, identify needs, and guide customers toward digital banking solutions to simplify their banking experience.

You’ll work with branch teams to meet business goals, promote personal banking and credit card products, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining a high level of customer care.

Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant experience or a related certification.
Experience with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role.
Basic knowledge of business banking solutions for referrals.
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
Identifies customer needs and provides advice on financial solutions.
Collaborates with branch and BMO partners to reach business goals.
