Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients and hospitality ambassador of the bank location.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions and refer to partners as needed.
• Identify client needs and turn routine transactions into meaningful moments.
• Maintain compliance with policies and risk controls during service.
