Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience as the first contact and referrals to partners.
• Delivers accurate, high-touch everyday banking while educating on self-serve options.
• Handles routine transactions and escalates non-standard issues as needed.
• Maintains compliance with risk, AML, and internal procedures.
