• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes a broad range of everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and self-serve solutions.
• Identifies and escalates non-standard issues and refers clients to appropriate partners.
